Our decorated face plates Caltagirone ceramic take inspiration from our Moor’s heads vases.
We are constantly hunting for new ideas and so we decided to turn our Moor’s heads into decorations which could be adapted to plates.
The production process is very delicate, and the plate becomes like a blank canvas upon which the decoration is painted.
The decoration phase is very delicate and requires technique, skill, precision and a lot of patience, and does not allow for mistakes.
Our face plates are very pop, and are sure to surprise your guests.
We suggest using a tablecloth in neutral tones to show these fantastic products of Italian craftsmanship at their best.
They are all made in Sicily in our workshops in Caltagirone, where the smell of clay mixes with that of the enamel and the heat of the kilns.
