Moor\u2019s heads couple – size small – Titti and Gaspare<\/h2>\n

A sweet-natured dreamer, Titti<\/strong> lives in Scicli together with her flowers.
\nShe loves the wind, and in the evening, when the sky grows pink, the perfume of the distant sea caresses her face, bringing with it the notes of an ancient song.
\nIt is sung by a voice that seems far away, but which is in reality closer than she thinks.<\/p>\n

Gaspare<\/strong> lives in Marzamemi and sings an old song as he watches\u00a0the the sea with hopeful eyes.
\nHe has built a love nest from cactus pears, and with its fruits he makes wonderful cakes.
\nHe is convinced that his life would be more cheerful if he had a sweet-natured companion and, as he dreams of her, he falls asleep under a vast starry sky.<\/p>\n

Titti and Gaspare Moor\u2019s heads are 17 cm<\/strong> high.<\/p>\n

THE PRODUCTION<\/h3>\n

The process of creating a Moor’s head vase involves two firings in a kiln.<\/p>\n

The first lasts thirty-six hours at a temperature of about 980\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

After this, the piece is slowly cooled and then immersed in tanks containing the enamel which will give the surface of the object its distinctive, eternally glossy appearance.<\/p>\n

Once it has dried, the head is decorated by hand by our master craftsmen and then given a second firing to glaze the enamel.<\/p>\n

This takes about thirty-six hours at a temperature of 920\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

IDEAS AND INSPIRATIONS<\/h3>\n

The Gaspare and Titti Moor’s heads vases are perfect in the kitchen for holding your wooden spoons or a basil plant, or at the centre of the table filled with delicious, freshly-baked breadsticks.<\/p>\n

Or even on your desk, full of coloured pencils, or on the bathroom sink, holding your toothbrushes.<\/p>\n

They are also ideal for outside areas like terraces, balconies and gardens or for decorating a corner of your home.<\/p>\n

They can contain small plants and flowers of all types.<\/p>\n

Gaspare and Titti are also an ideal gift for a loved one.<\/p>\n

CARE AND DETAILS<\/h3>\n

To clean the object, use a soft, damp, non-abrasive cloth.<\/p>\n

Do not use chemical cleaners, as these may damage the glaze.<\/p>\n

The product should be handled with care, making sure to avoid dropping it, knocking it against hard surfaces (as even the slightest bump can chip the surface) or anything else which might damage it.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Always handle Moor’s heads with care, making sure not to put pressure on the crown or decorations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
