Our octagonal serving plates are inspired by the traditional colours and decorations of Sicilian culture, and are entirely handcrafted by our master craftsmen who mould the clay into genuine works of art.

In fact, each serving plate is unique because it is the result of an artisan process which makes it different from any other.

The decoration is carried out entirely freehand without any use of prints or decals, following the traditions of craftsmanship, and is inspired by typical decorations dating back to the 1600s and 1700s, or innovates with modern colours.

When you purchase one of our serving plates, you bring a masterpiece of Italian craftsmanship into your home.

Our plates are perfect for completing your service of plates and for creating a unique, colourful table setting full of Sicilian style.

For this plate we reproduced the traditional decorations with a touch of modernity.

Instead of the classic colors we opted for the use of black.
The final result is a refined product dedicated to those who love the tradition revisited in a contemporary way.

We suggest using a tablecloth in neutral colours, in pure linen or cotton, or an embroidered Sicilian-style tablecloth. This way, your table will look wonderful and the dishes and salad bowls will stand out even more, leaving you and your guests speechless.

Our handmade plates are ideal for serving tasty starters, cold cuts and pasta dishes, but also for cheese and carpaccio.

They are also perfect for placing at the centre of the table, filled with fruit.

PERSONALIZATION OF THE PRODUCT

On request, it is possible to personalise the base of the plates with a name and a date.

CARE AND DETAILS

Our serving plates are hardwearing and can be washed in the dishwasher.

However, we suggest handling them carefully and avoiding the use of solvents and abrasive sponges as these may damage the glaze.

Take care not to knock them together when putting them in the dishwasher andseparate them well from other products to avoid friction during washing.
