Right of withdrawal

If you have purchased a product on our website, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date, without giving any reason, as provided for by the Consumer Code.

You may choose to withdraw from your order either fully or partially, indicating the items you wish to return.

The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
Once the product has been received and verified, we will process the refund of the amount paid within the statutory timeframes, using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised products, as provided for by the Consumer Code.

This category includes, for example, ceramics created at the customer’s request with custom colors, decorations, text, dimensions, or other specific characteristics requested at the time of order.

Use the form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
