Description
BLACK CALTAGIRONE CERAMIC SOUP PLATE – POLLARA
Our collection of plates with black and grey decorations are entirely handcrafted by our master craftsmen who mould the clay into genuine works of art.
In fact, each plate is unique because it is the result of an artisan process which makes it different from any other.
The decoration is carried out entirely freehand without any use of prints or decals, and with full respect of artisan traditions, and is inspired by decorations dating back to the 1600s and 1700s, or innovates with modern colours.
When you purchase one of our plates, you bring a masterpiece of Italian craftsmanship into your home.
Have fun creating your own personal tableware services from the decorations you prefer.
IDEAS AND INSPIRATION
Our plates are perfect for setting a unique and refined table.
They can be mixed according to your personal tastes.
We love to play around with the decorations and set the table differently each time.
Decided how to lay your table, allowing yourself to be inspired by the decorations of our handmade dishes.
Perfect for everyday use as well as for special occasions, our plates are the symbol of our island.
For this collection we have utilized traditional decoration, but added a touch of modernity: instead of classic colours, we have opted for the use of black and grey.
The result is a service of plates with a refined, elegant style.
We suggest using a tablecloth in neutral colours, in pure linen or cotton, or an embroidered Sicilian-style tablecloth.
This way, your table will look wonderful and the dishes and salad bowls will stand out even more, leaving you and your guests speechless.
Upon request via email, each plate can be adapted for being hung on the wall.
Depending on availability in stock, any broken plates can be replaced.
PERSONALIZATION OF THE PRODUCT
On request, it is possible to personalise the base of the plates with a name and a date.
CARE AND DETAILS
Our plates are hardwearing and can be washed in the dishwasher.
However, we suggest handling them carefully and avoiding the use of solvents and abrasive sponges as these may damage the glaze.
Take care not to knock them together when putting them in the dishwasher and separate them well from other products to avoid friction during washing.
