The handcrafted plates of the Maiolica collection are made and decorated by hand in Caltagirone (Sicily) and are sold as a service.
Each set consists of 4 octagonal plates measuring 25×25 cm each.
Any small irregularities or slight differences in shape should be considered proof of the products’ unique handmade nature.

The plates in our Maiolica collection are inspired by the beautiful decorations of Caltagirone’s ceramic art.
Each plate is in fact unique, because it is the result of an artisan process that makes it different from any other.
The decoration is completely freehand, without any use of prints or decals, but following the inspiration and craftsmanship.

We love playing with the decorations to create a different combination each time.
Choose the table setting you want, allowing yourself to be inspired by the colours and patterns.
Perfect for everyday use as well as for special occasions, the bold colours which are so characteristic of Sicilian style ensure that our dishes stand out.
We suggest using a pure linen or cotton tablecloth in a neutral colour or an embroidered Sicilian tablecloth to make your table look wonderful – the plates will stand out even more, leaving you and your guests speechless.
Depending on availability, it is possible to buy replacements for broken plates.
It is s possible to customize the back of the plates with a name and a date on request.
Our handmade plates are durable and can be washed in the dishwasher. We suggest, however, handling them carefully and avoiding the use of solvents or abrasive sponges which might damage the glaze.
Take care not to bang dishes together when loading the dishwasher and separate them well to avoid friction during the wash.
