Description
DEEP PLATE SICILIAN CERAMIC – MARZAMEMI
The maritime village of Marzamemi , the intense colors of the sea, its perfumes and its magic are all enclosed in the decorations of this splendid ceramic plate.
Our plates are inspired by Sicilian culture and are made completely by hand by our master craftsmen who turn a plate into a true work of art .
Each plate is in fact unique, because it is the result of an artisan process that makes it different from any other.
The decoration is completely freehand, without any use of prints or decals, but following the inspiration and craftsmanship and inspired by typical decorations dating back to the 1600s and 1700s, or innovating with modern colors.
When you buy a set of Maremoro tablewear, you bring into your home a masterpiece of Italian craftsmanship.
Choose your favourites to create tablewear sets for 2, 4, 6 or 8 people.
IDEAS AND INSPIRATIONS
Our dishes are perfect for setting a unique and colourful table, and can be mixed and matched according to your personal taste.
We love playing with the decorations to create a different combination each time.
Choose the table setting you want, allowing yourself to be inspired by the colours and patterns.
Perfect for everyday use as well as for special occasions, the bold colours which are so characteristic of Sicilian style ensure that our dishes stand out.
Blue, yellow, black, red, green, blue – we use many colours to bring the decorations to life.
We suggest using a pure linen or cotton tablecloth in a neutral colour or an embroidered Sicilian tablecloth to make your table look wonderful – the plates will stand out even more, leaving you and your guests speechless.
The plates can also be hung on the wall, and it is possible to customize the back of the dishes with a name and a date on request.
Depending on availability, it is possible to buy replacements for broken dishes.
CARING FOR YOUR TABLEWEAR
Our handmade dishes are durable and can be washed in the dishwasher.
We suggest, however, handling them carefully and avoiding the use of solvents or abrasive sponges which might damage the glaze.
Take care not to bang dishes together when loading the dishwasher and separate them well to avoid friction during the wash.
