SICILIAN SACRED HEART – 35 CM – SANTA LUCIA PINK

The Sacred Hearts we create are precious objects with a typically Mediterranean energy and full of positive symbolism.

They represent ardent, luminous love – that intimate place where our feelings are kept.

All our sacred hearts are modelled and worked by hand in our workshops in Caltagirone and are then immersed in tanks containing the luminous glazes which give them their wonderful colours.

PRODUCTION

After drying naturally and slowly in the open air, our sacred hearts are fired in the kiln for around 36 hours at a temperature of approximately 980 °C.

After the first firing, they are left to cool and then immersed in tanks containing coloured glazes.
Once dry, they undergo a second firing which lasts 36 hours and takes place at a temperature of approximately 920°.

The sacred heart is perfect for hanging on the wall to make a corner of your whole totally unique.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

To clean, use a soft, damp, non-abrasive cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners, as these may damage the glaze. The sacred heart may also be washed directly in running water.
The product should be handled with care, taking care to avoid accidental falls, impacts with hard surfaces or anything else that might cause damage.
